Recommend it for couples looking for comfort

Had a very accommodating stay here. The staff were genuinely nice like when Barry found me a chair for my back issues. Jan from breakfast kept checking in on me every day, made me feel cared for.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but satisfactory enough.

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was dripping and smelly.

Clean room, friendly staff, the air conditioning unit was such a bonus, as it kept the room comfortable during a very warm stay and breakfast was tasty, quickly replenished when running low.

I had a fantastic weekend stroll from the hotel to Bedford Castle, which was just a short walk of almost 2 km, and enjoyed the lovely views along the Bedford to Sandy rail walk that was only 2.5 km away, making it ideal for a city wanderer like me who loves to discover new places on foot.

The breakfast spread included a variety of gluten-free options.

The bedside lights in our room didn't work, which was irritating at night.

I had a wonderful stay with a spacious room and a fantastic breakfast that included freshly baked pastries and a variety of juices. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. the air conditioning was a bit noisy during the night, which could use some improvement.

I appreciated the thoughtful accessibility features, making it easier for seniors like myself to navigate the hotel comfortably, especially the spacious bathroom with grab rails and a wet room design that provided both safety and convenience.

great hotel for a quick stay, really good location to get to bedford and other routes. the staff were super helpful at check-in and during breakfast. i loved that they had gluten free options for breakfast like cereal and toast. also, we brought our dog and the garden area was nice for him to play around.

the pillows were too high for a comfy sleep so i ended up using my sweater. the bedside lights in our room didn't work which was kinda annoying at night.
